Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’re happy to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll fix it at no extra cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
